A\u00e7\u0131kcas\u0131, bir internet \u015firketinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak bir eleman\u0131n, yeni bir i\u015f i\u00e7in ba\u011flant\u0131 kurarken e-posta k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnden haberdar olmas\u0131n\u0131 bakliyorsunuz. Fakat bunun ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi\u011fi son derece fazla ba\u015fvuru ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131nca, bir \u015firket yetkililisinin i\u015fe alaca\u011f\u0131 ki\u015fiden neler bekledi\u011fini anlatmak gerekti\u011fi kanaatine vard\u0131m.<br \/>\n\u00d6zellikle insan kaynaklar\u0131 sayfalar\u0131na ilan veriyorsan\u0131z son derece \u00e7ok ba\u015fvuru ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131yorsunuz. Bu durum da gelen e-postalar\u0131n daha dikkatli olmas\u0131 gereklili\u011fini do\u011furuyor. Ben \u00f6ncelikle mailin geldi\u011fi adresi kontrol ediyorum. \u00d6ncelikle outlook&#8217;un bar&#8217;\u0131nda ki\u015finin ismini g\u00f6rmek benim a\u00e7\u0131mdan ki\u015finin, mail program\u0131n\u0131 ayarlamay\u0131 bildi\u011fi hissini veriyor. E\u011fer bir nickname varsa buna pek s\u0131cak bakm\u0131yorum.<br \/>\n\u0130kinci konu ise mail adresi, bunun ya dogru durust bir domainden yada isim ve oyad\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren bir hotmail olmas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyorum. Bunlar ilk anda o ki\u015finin internet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne hakim oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. Daha  sonra cv k\u0131sm\u0131 geliyor. A\u00e7\u0131kcas\u0131, do\u011fru \u015fekilde formatlanm\u0131\u015f bir html benim i\u00e7in word&#8217;den daha de\u011ferli. Ama ben i\u015fe ba\u015fvuracak olsam, kreatif direkt\u00f6r, art direkt\u00f6r gibi yaart\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen bir pozisyona ba\u015fvurmuyorsam, word&#8217;\u00fcn haz\u0131r \u015fablonlar\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7mezdim. Zira di\u011fer denemelerde risk oran\u0131 y\u00fcksek oluyor.<br \/>\nTabii b\u00f6yle bir eklenti ile mailinizi yollayacaksan\u0131z, bir iki sat\u0131r yaz\u0131 ve bir signature&#8217;\u0131n cv&#8217;leri  okuyan ki\u015fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan son derece samimi ve \u00f6zg\u00fcven hissi veren bir havas\u0131 var.<br \/>\nBu yaz\u0131lar\u0131n olduk\u00e7a zor yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tahmin ediyorum. Zira bir tek \u015fans\u0131n\u0131z var, ya okunuyor ya da hi\u00e7 dikkate al\u0131nm\u0131yor. Bu nedenle fazla sivri olmadan, dear , selam gibi \u00f6zel hitaplar kullanmadan, ekte g\u00f6nderdi\u011finiz dosya ile ilgili biraz teknik bir bilgi veren cv&#8217;ler daha fazla dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.<br \/>\nBu arada word&#8217;\u00fcn \u015fablonlar\u0131n\u0131 se\u00e7erken, ba\u015fvurdu\u011funuz pozisyona uygun birini se\u00e7menizde yarar var. E\u011fer programc\u0131ysan\u0131z, daha d\u00fczg\u00fcn formlarla ve kendini anlatan bir ya\u0131 kullanman\u0131z g\u00fczel olur. Bildi\u011finiz dil ve programlar\u0131 dereceleriyle bir tablo i\u00e7ine yazmak, alt\u0131na referans listenizi, linkli olarak vermeniz incelemeyi yapan ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan memnuniyetle kr\u015f\u0131lanacakt\u0131r. Cv&#8217;nizi yazarken, excel kullanman\u0131z veya kariyer sitelerinden \u00e7\u0131kan 8 sayfal\u0131k formu yollaman\u0131z\u0131n rahats\u0131z edici oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek laz\u0131m.<br \/>\nE\u011fer word&#8217;\u00fcn cv \u015fablonlar\u0131ndan birini kullan\u0131yorsan\u0131z, o size do\u011fru yolu daha net bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6sterecektir. Cv yazarken gere\u011finden fazla bilgi vermek, b\u00fcy\u00fck resim kullanmak kesinlikle etkin bir izlenim olu\u015fturmuyor.<br \/>\nTabii bir di\u011fer konu da, i\u015f tecr\u00fcbesinin az olmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanan uzun cv&#8217;ler. Y\u0131llarca \u00d6\u011frenim hayat\u0131nda be\u015f sayfadan az yaz\u0131lan kompozisyonlardan ge\u00e7er not alamayan \u00f6\u011frenci psikolojisiyle yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belli olan bu cv&#8217;ler ise, kesinlikle do\u011fru bir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n sonuu olam\u0131yor. Asl\u0131nda bilgisini, referanslar\u0131n\u0131 ve kontakt bilgisini net olarak anlatan bir sayfal\u0131k bir cv her\u015feyden daha etkili. Tabii mailin geldi\u011fi adresin \u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da ayn\u0131 derece \u00f6nemli.<br \/>\nBir i\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesine giderken nas\u0131l g\u00fczel k\u0131yafetlerimizi giyiyor, g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcze \u00f6nem veriyorsak cv&#8217;ler ve geldikleri mail adresi de kar\u015f\u0131 taraf i\u00e7in ayn\u0131 \u015feyi i\u00e7eriyor.
